well.. i thought i would call just for the heck of it-- sprint tech support was a no-go. said it was not a known issue...and no idea what could be the problem. I'm thinking it must have been a bad flash some how or some reg/program changing i did (even tho i can't think of anything i did differently). i just wanted to make sure no one else was experiencing this with juicy's rom

I am not having this problem. I to did call tech support for my GF's phone because of her specific texting issues (delayed text, cross texting from unkown people) and they deleted the texting profile and added it back in. We'll see if that resolves her issues. Oh and she is not on a Touch Pro..another reason I am pretty sur it's Sprint or your account specifically with that phone. Try having them delete your profile and add it back, re provision your phone.

If you do re flash, make sure you hard reset a couple times just to make sure there is nothing left over from your previous rom. Something else to try is to flash the stock shipped rom (.exe NOT a dumped rom). Then you can use the profile updater and the PRL updater. Make sure all is good then flash back to a custom rom.

Been up since the 27th. Also Hermin was the original name that Sprint was going to use for the Sprint version of the Touch Pro.

How come nobody has used the IE that M I G T H Y has in his diamond ROM's?
Its the fastest browser I've ever used, even faster than Opera. And plus this stock keyboard is wack. This is the only ROM I've used that still uses it.

This may be true, but Y4J CONSISTENTLY gives SUBSTANTIAL battery life compared to every other ROM thus far. The battery consumption on standby for his ROM is exceptional.

I can now report I am seeing superb battery life on Dream v0.3. It's comparable or better than Y4J 4.0, atleast during my initial analysis.

I had this problem when I was using Juggalo's rom and I think it's a sprint problem. I called up sprint and they disabled my text messaging and then re-enabled it and that worked for me.
