Help!!! Hung on Start-up screen.

So I unlocked my phone, flashed the ROM and now can't get past the start-up screen. it just sits there and says "Please wait, phone starting up". I have let it run for an hour and still nothing. I have loaded various different Rom's and same thing. What am I doing wrong? I have the Verizon version of the Touch Pro. Please help I am at my wit's end.

If you have the Verizon version, make sure that your only flashing Verizon Roms on the phone, make sure the rom is not for sprint or some other carrier.

Thanks, I have tried Verizon same thing. I have had success loading twice, but the when I do a reset it hangs again at the start screen. WTH?
