Anyway to use SD card as RAM?

Sorry not possible.
I read about using a memory stick as ram for a computer but the fact of the matter is that the interface between ram and the board vs. the interface between a sd card and the board are just not comparable. The sd card interface just does not transfer rate needed to act as ram. Hope that helps.

That's only part of the problem. You can still use it for paging, much like a hard drive. Unfortunately, flash has a limited number of write cycles before it fails, so if you did use it....you'd be buying new flash cards every few hours/days.
