It has to be set using the pagepool changer program on a ROM, before you flash your phone with it. The app to do this is bundled with the ROM updater utility.

Yeah with a wonderfully gimped Verizon phone, 9-12MB seems to be good, 12MB being probably a bit more popular, at least with scrosler's SSK ROMs (which are designed for VZW).

0MB means you are letting windows dictate how much it wants, and some people like that...however I would only suggest it on non-VZW touch pro's.
