rom from ppc kitchen good, but need help

ok so i have read and reread every thread on the ppc kitchen and have posted there with questions but it seems like they get over looked. here is my issue...when i load the rom *see attached" i then load the "background all tabs" manila files to the windows folder, i then move the sprint startup gif to teh windows folder, move some tabs around, add my local cities to the weather tab and i am done. HOWEVER the issue is TF3D restarts constantly. i attached my build list so i am hoping someone can look at it and tell me where the conflict is. I also made a rom with only selecting the manila to see if it would still reset and it does, for all 4 manila options. i would really like to keep this rom but it gets annoying quick when you get booted from your app and get taken to the home screen.

oh in case you are wondering why i add manila files to enable background on all tabs when it is already selected in the build...it is because it does not work.

one more note...MS office apps show up twice in the apps menu.
