spoke a little too soon, seeing trouble with the keyboard SIP

Silly question but what does SIP stand for?

SIP = soft input panel so something like that

ok figured out more about keyboard (SIP) issue I was having. This rom doesn't seem to save SIP settings (more accurately which keyboard (I;m choosing keyboard) between SOFT resets. I even install SIP-change.CAB which is used to work for me in the distant past.
