Finally figured it out!
Thanks to deadz suggestion, I broke out the file into multiple ones, one for each folder. Come to fine out, that one of my links was typed wrong (had it as Bluetooth.lnk instead of Bluetooth Explorer.lnk), so the whole thing crapped out. I guess if it can't find the find, it stops the whole process.

Now off to The Google to see if there's a work around if a file is missing.

The Java program included in this ROM is not working for me. Everytime I try to open a Java program it gives me an error "????". I know this was mentioned by someone else in this thread but no reply was ever given. Is there any other version of Java that works pretty good on the TP?
Would it be possible to include this version of Java?

I flashed this ROM today...and really like it!!!....but one thing that seems to be missing is vibrate on connection. It use to be under the phone... menu....options....advanced..but now there is not an option for that. Is there a way to enable that?

Sorry guys, I have been pretty busy with school work. I have been working on a little project in my free time, and can hopefully release tonight or tomorrow. This rom will be completely based on the diamond 2.03 shipped rom that was released on xda... I just have to iron out a couple things in it first. Its based on xip and sys 20764, and with all the stock shipped oem's except what was needed for it to work on our pro's.

So far it was been really fast and stable and all the programs seem to work really good together. It will also be pretty much stock with just a couple additional apps and my dream tweaks. If this rom proves to be a hit, then I may switch support to it only. I just want to see what everyone thinks first.

I will probably release this in a new thread call Dream's PHYRE ROM or something like that... so stay tuned.

I'm one of Many looking forward to flash your new ROM! I just want to understand one thing what all about the different of "sys" as you said in your post that you are going to use sys 20764, this is not old sys or what? and what is the different from sys 21109 <-- this is not the new one?

Yes, it is a little older sys, but it was released from htc and therefore not in beta status... Personally I dont see really any difference in speed.

The 20764 is the highest shipped build I know of for the diamond or pro. So that is why im am going to try it. If noone likes then I may scrap it, but like I said the whole seems pretty darn quick.

there might be a couple oems that are older than whats out there in the wild, but like I said it is a shipped build, and I believe that htc would thouroughly test to make sure the combo of apps work together and well... and this seems to be the case with this shipped rom.

I forgot to add that there have been some reports on xda that this shipped rom has had the same or higher benchmarks than some of the custom roms out there. So I'll let everyone decide for themselves.
