About the AM/PM Hack The clock you have set to displayed on all the screen when in not TFLO example: 12:00 With AM/PM registry hack example: 12:00 PM The 3 key strings and Value have to be added into the registry. HKLM\nls\overrides Once there, you have to add those 3 String and Value just as i have posted above. They have to be type exactly the way i had it. Edited: Here is a nice Black Sea Horse wallpaper if you want to use it. looks clean. It goes well with your TFLO theme cause i used it. |

Only thing I've seen so far is it double launched TouchFlo3D twice.. On first reboot after rom install, it started TF3D.. then after half a minute it restarted.. fine after that.. Another time I installed MobiMatt's FuzeBerry theme (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=452107) and after I reboot and started TF3D it did the double restart again.
Also I have two shortcuts.. upper right and mid right.. on the Programs menu that don't point to anything Otherwise with my 5 minutes of playing around nothing yet. |

Scratch my request for GSM Manila I found what I was after in a cab. I was actually just looking for the 15 Tab Manila set and I found it here, if anyone else is also interested.

No I did not. I modified the Manila to remove that tab. I don't use SprintTv, I use slingbox. turn TouchFlo3d off First!! install the cab, then use my attached files. For reference please install the 15 Tab Custom Theme land and port.cab first! Linkage to the original thread! then drop the two files included in 26948339_manila_.zip in your Touch Pro Windows Folder to get rid of the Non-Working SprintTV tab. Then of course turn TouchFlo3d back on. |

You can use this program I have attached. I'll see what setting this changes then get back to you
:) This was it! Code:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\gdi\sysfntDeadz, you had it brother! That was the exact setting the program I posted changes. Thanks. But change it to 600, 700, 800, or 900. 900 being the biggest. Easiest way is to use that program I posted though and change "Font System". |

For reference here it is again...
WARNING: Modifying your registry can cause serious problems (including data loss) if not performed correctly. You should only perform the below changes if you are experienced with modifying the registry. ALSO IMPORTANT: Remember to write down the previous values for these keys before you modify them, in case you want to undo these changes. To change the System Font size from the default 14 to a more efficient 12-point font, u se your Registry editor and navigate to this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\gdi\sysfnt and change the value for the "Ht" entry to "12" decimal (the previous value will be a 14 or some huge number like 4327284 for some reason). The above registry change will change the size of the text in the Title Barm Start Menu and Icons. To change the text size of the menu bar at the bottom of your screen, go to this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\gwe\menu\barfnt and change the value for the "Ht" entry to "12" decimal. To change the text size of the entries in the various pop-up menus in the bottom menu bar, go to this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\gwe\menu\popfnt and change the value for the "Ht" entry to "12" decimal. That's it - just perform a soft reset for the changes to take effect. |

1. GSM Manila Request - I noticed you still have the CDMA tabs on this release even though you've switched to the GSM manila, what do you think of throwing on the attached zip for the next release which enables all 14 of the GSM tabs? (Thanks Lubbad85) 2. Clock look - I really enjoyed your black clock from .2 would you consider returning to it? *thanks for the cabs.. :) 3. Data Connection on by default (To enable wifi have to disable and soft reset) Maybe just leave phone on for next release? 4. I know others have requested that you remove phm registry editor as its redundant to dotfred, but I really like PHM, if you could leave it I would appriciate it. Great Job on getting UC running again, and gotta love the 4 icons per row. This release seems faster yet? =D> Kudos for all the time you put into this man... Peace. For some reason the 14 tab cab seems to cause random slowness and other issues on .04. I would not recommened using it. Sorry for those that have downloaded it, I've been having random lockups with TF3d since I installed it. If others have not please let me know. |

Quote:
Memory wear Another limitation is that flash memory has a finite number of erase-write cycles. Most commercially available flash products are guaranteed to withstand around 100,000 write-erase-cycles, before the wear begins to deteriorate the integrity of the storage.[citation needed] The guaranteed cycle count may apply only to block zero (as is the case with TSOP NAND parts), or to all blocks (as in NOR). This effect is partially offset in some chip firmware or file system drivers by counting the writes and dynamically remapping blocks in order to spread write operations between sectors; this technique is called wear levelling. Another approach is to perform write verification and remapping to spare sectors in case of write failure, a technique called bad block management (BBM). For portable consumer devices, these wearout management techniques typically extend the life of the flash memory beyond the life of the device itself, and some data loss may be acceptable in these applications. For high reliability data storage, however, it is not advisable to use flash memory that has been through a large number of programming cycles. This limitation does not apply to 'read-only' applications such as thin clients and routers, which are only programmed once or at most a few times during their lifetime. |
Re: [12-30-08] DREAM TP ROM v0.4 Sprint [OS 5.2.20954 Build 20954.1.5.0][UC]
Please implement this change before going to .5!
Imagine my surprise when I attempted to tether in .4 and got the Sprint 97 username and password blahblah error! I had to go in and delete the following registry keys HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\InternetSharing\Settings "ForceCellConnection"="Phone as Modem" HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\InternetSharing\ "Extension" = "isext.dll" For good measure I also set the Multi-NAI to 0 (Though some say this does nothing) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\WModem "Multi-NAI"=dword:00000000 Tethering now works as advertised :) |

I tried to install OZ messenger since it has been stripped from the rom. I get 2 errors.
1) When I try to install it says that it has to uninstall the old version and then fails. You ahve the option to continue and install anyways and it looks like it installs. 2) When you click on the icon I get an error stating it can't connect to http://sprint.com/dimond Any ideas on what I need to remove to get the install to work correctly? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! |

Dream,
This black dialer would be a great addition to your rom. It's Black just like the TFLO theme you have. " Calkulins Black Diamond Dialer Skin v1.0 " , this is the fixed version and does not have the two white icons when in call status. |
