Dream, have you tried running a 0 mb PP? I have been doing that since my Diamond and calcu runs it as well. I have had no issues, everything runs really well.

yeah, I have tried it in past but not for awhile... I may give it a try again. Im just not sold that its that great of a benefit.

Sprint ships with a 12mb dynamic, so any idea how the 0 dynamic would be different?

I've tested this and that did the trick for me.

Edit:--I had to roll back this change. Although this fixes the shift on the physical keyboard, it completely messed up the compact qwerty which I use most often. The compact qwerty keyboard would only type the shifted characters or symbols and not the letters.

To be perfectly honest, I have not been sold on any of the recent "performance enhanced" drivers or settings lol.

I have just always used a 0mb PP. I have only ever done bench tests recently on your rom if you remember several pages back. Although I find the benchmark tests to vary greatly, I did get the highest numbers when I had a 0 mb PP. The numbers were not dramatic however.

many thanks for the Dream 9! love it.. I like the speed of the new release. I just hope that you add HTC GPS Tool to your ROM. but not a big deal..

I've had the greatest success on any ROM that I use with at least a 32 MB pp. When I was hexing the pagepools myself, I'd always go with 32MB Dynamic. Some has said they don't notice a difference but I actually do notice a subtle difference between say 24 and 32. 32 is the sweet spot for me although now I'm dabbling with 36.

Hey, its there start\settings then under the system tab you will find it
