Download that file onto your computer and un-zip it... Then the .CAB should be inside it..

Click on the .exe for which program you want.. That should include a .CAB or a process for uploading the program onto your PPC...

it says not valid win 32....i understand that means its prob for win mo...but what about all the other files??

Try opening the readme file.. It might give you instructions on what to do..

there is no read me file

There is a text file at the bottom of the list.. It's called initflashfiles.txt.. Try seeing if there is any info in there...
