Customizations still run with custom rom

Brand new Touch Pro, I've tried everything to keep the customizations from running. Tried nuerom, PPCKitchen.org, etc. All seem to still run the customizations, which seems like Alltel decided to keep the Extrom.

Any ideas? I'm tired of soft-resetting my phone four times.

build it, and try renaming the operator_config.txt and see if that wroks. I have had it not run, but i place that back in there. because It makes it easier, So I keep it.
