Manila 2D/3D Control... soon or maybe now.

Check this out.... It allow you to switch between manila and your today screen much smoother than with secondtoday.

I didn't see this posted anywhere else. This has already been implemented into some roms. It should work for GSM or CDMA versions. I found a rom but I am not able to decompile it to extract the OEM although someone at XDA has done this. If any rom experts would like to assist please let me know if you need the rom.

Edit: For anyone interested, this app has been released. Mastsogo, the author only asks to not have it mirrored and only point to the thread so I'll respect his wishes. Check it out at XDA.

I saw that earlier. But didn't think nothing of it. It would be a good today screen switcher , so you don't have to go through all the step to activate manila.

It's probably a little more complicated than just an oem. I would assume touchflo might have to be modded a bit.

I don't think it's nothing more than an OEM. I read the thread over at XDA and one user posted that he downloaded the rom and easily extracted it. I have the roms but I'm not experienced enough to break down roms that result in having the OS.nb and OS.nb.payload files. If anyone could assist me with that I'll try to extract it myself.

I'll try it tomorrow if I have some time. Have you tried using bepes tools to pull apart the rom?

Yes I have. I end up with a Temp Folder with the files I mentioned above and a Rom folder with an OS.nb file in it.

I sent the link to the ROM to Juggalo. He said that he'd see what he can do. I guess he'll try to decompile the rom to see if he can extract the OEM. There's also a thread over at XDA with people waiting for the release from the author of the program.
