Can't connect to internet

I have two Sprint TP's that I have ported over to the Verizon network using the info on this site. I am using VZW ROM and one phone works on the internet and the other does not and I can not figure out what is wrong. The AAA authentication when I go into debug shows that it is not authenticated on the bad phone. I am brand new to cell phone programming so please be basic in your responses-I am not at all up to the speed of most of you. I think I have everything set the same on both phones but obviously I am overlooking something. I need serious help with this. I have spent most of the weekend working on this problem. p.s. I got the phone to work finally-not sure why but here is what I did. I found some software on the phone that would do a hard reset at settings/memory/clear storage tab-good stuff to use. I then verified with Verizon that my account was setup correctly. Then I put the old phone back on the network and tried to access data on it and it worked ok so I then put my TP back on the network. Evidently when I did this, it rewrote some information that it was not writing before to the Verizon computers when I did *228 3 because I was then able to get data to work on 1X. After that it works fine. It took me forever to figure this out so hopefully this message will save someone time in the end.
