OK want me to list?
1. It totally freezes on soft reset. Only a Hard Reset will fix it... which doesn't really help since it erases all your work. That was never really addressed in the forum so not sure it is being fixed.
2. Also the TPF3D has problems (random quits, errors)
3. The Photo/Video program is a bit buggy too under TPF3D

These are just the problems I experienced but you can read the kitchen thread for more.

Don't get me wrong, the Kitchen is WONDERFUL and I used it with the Mogul. But since the TP is so new it seems alot more buggy than other devices (which is totally expected). You can't expect ALL the kitchen programs to work together right off the bat. The hard part is trying to narrow it all down the incompatibilities.

I never intended to put down the kitchen just that it's not quite as stable as other ROMs... If you just pick the bare minimum on the kitchen - it is stable... but when you start to add stuff, that is sometimes when problems crop up.

You actually misquoted me. I never mentioned 20924... I simply said the kitchen.

Heard of these, couldn't tell you about them.

No disagreement there. Adding stuff always introduces the possiblity of issues. It does this whether you cook it in the ROM or add as a .cab. It's a problem of backward compatibility. Again, you are perceiving an issue w/ 20924, not with "the kitchen".

And that's what I said was wrong with your post. You SHOULD have said 20924 instead of "the kitchen". The kitchen is a lot more than just 20924.

IMO I have been reading the threads on here tried 5 customsand noticed they are all aproaching 100 pages of replies because everything doesnt work in the rom and I must add some replies are praise and thanks,IMO and I stress that IMO it would like a super tweaked energy saving super fast stock rom with a few extras like internet sharing, etc.IMO

No... I meant to say kitchen.... My intention was to say that the kitchen as a whole was a bit buggy... not 20924. Besides, not everyone knows what 20924 is.

And isn't the whole idea of the kitchen so that you can choose programs to be used with 20924?

But anyways, looking forward to the next iteration of the kitchen.

I use stock. I like the neon colors Sprint gave it.

As an update: The 20931 kitchen seems to work MUCH better for me.

Re: Just out of curiosity, which rom are you using with your touch pro?

I tried cooking my own 20931 ROM, but I had a couple of errors:

* on boot I got an error message about some application that couldn't connect to the gsensor (that gyration app, maybe?)

* I never could get a "stock" manila OEM to work. There are 4 manila OEMs in the kitchen: 2 of them didn't even show up on the today screen and weren't options in start -> settings -> today -> items. The other 2 OEMs had some crappy theme on it that I didn't like. I found the "Diamond TF3D Config" app and loaded a "HTC Black" theme, but it was still annoying to say the least.

After flashing about 5 different times with different combinations at 10mins each, I got so fed up that I went back to stock.

I couldn't get an OEM-less one to work, either. I'm stuck with a Sprint Manilla on my phone :P
