It's waaay faster and has a newer build of WM. Also has no2's battery driver to allow fast charging from any usb port and better registry defaults, along with updated cabs of stuff (like IE) and Java.

At risk of being flamed, I was not able to see a noticeable difference between this ROM and JD's ROM with a 36MB dynamic page pool. Obviously that isn't a completely fair comparison as this ROM had a lower page pool, but I just thought I would put that out there.

From stock there IS a HUGE difference. JDs rom is not stock obviously

you can't compare 12 mb page pool to 36 mb. Hell, going from 6 mb to 8 mb on the mogul was HUGE.

i dont know if you guys are aware but no2chem has a kitchen for touch pro but he only gives you access if you donate and the only option to donate is paypal
sure wished he had some other way to donate because i really want to try out his kitchen but cant deal with paypal they ripp me off of 400 dollars and refuse to release the money to me knowing it does not belong to them!!!!!!!!!!

So I'm itching to flash to this one. Quick question if someone can check this for me. With the stock ROM, you can open a text message and when you slide the keyboard out and start typing, you end up typing in the phone app. Is this issue present with nueRom 217?

Was the issue where there would be a white flash when opening your start menu solved on his roms. I know thats a very minute reason not to flash but its annoying

am I missing something here ???this rom looks just like the stock rom even the programs look the same whats the difference??
