Rename that file from RUU_SIGNED.nbh to RAPHIMG.nbh

Now you need to hold power, volume down, then soft reset.
If done correctly, you will be prompted to press the power button to update the phone. :headbang:

Hard reset did the trick, but radio signal strength is not as high as stock Rom?

you know I never ran the stock rom long enough to see how many bugs that it had so honestly I don't know what I inherited versus may have caused but I will look into the bugs more tonight I could upload what I have now which is what I have been running but I want to dig into this rom and see what else I can get it to do .... I actually got the fm radio to work on the touch diamond but never released that rom so I got work to do if I can get something tonight I will upload but for now just report what issues you have so that I can address them

I've been trying to "break" it for the last 2 hours or so. So far the Storage Memory bug is all I have noticed so far. I did a hard reset before I flashed so I wonder if that helped.
Phone definitely seems more responsive, which I didn't think would be possible

ok i just got home from work and my phone still isnt working. im obviously gonna have to flash from my SD card in bootloader mode. what do i have to name the file so that my phone will update to it?

Well the reflash from my microSD card worked fine, but now its just freezing at the screen that says "Preparing your device for first use. Please wait. The Home screen will be displayed when this process is complete."

no matter what i do it is always freezing and never actually goes into the phone :-\

is my phone a goner?

EDIT:

I have soft reset and its freezing at the Touch Pro screen that shows what radio you have. Same thing it was doing before. I sure hope my phone isnt gone for good. maybe JD or someone who knows about these things could hit me up on AIM and give me a hand?

Question. If we don't use the touch flow 3d whatever crap at all, can it be removed and make the device run faster? Or when we disable it from the settings is that really just doing the same thing?

How long are you allowing it to continue when you re at this screen? I have noticed it sometimes can take a drastically long time. Makes it seem as though it's frozen/locked up but it's not. Depending on how long you are giving it, I would suggest extending that time a little longer.
