Re: JD's ROM

no I haven't, how is that done, just execute the RRU from the PPC on the SD card?

Old school word correction:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Layouts\e0010409]
"Ime File"="\windows\compime.dll"
"Layout Text"="COMP IME"
use this and then go into settin input and enable auto correction!

Make sure you do a soft reset before settings take effect....

You da man! :)

Changing it subsequently allowed me to disable it altogether.

yep sure did, that worked fine.
guess I can run that again?

Which ver did you use?

Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_025_MFG.zip did not want to go further then 1% while trying to flash. You have to use Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.zip.

I used the 0.37, it went 100% and the PPC rebooted, so it looks like it worked fine

yeah ver .025 has some issue with this ROM loading... so 0.37 is a must...

Cool. I'm looking on the SD Card...I don't know if renaming RUU_signed.nbh to TITAIMG.nbh and putting on the root of the SD Card will work for the TP (it did with the Mogul). The file name may need to be different...someone jump in and correct me?

But you'll basically copy the NBH file over to the root of your SD card, then push and hold the volume down and power buttons together, hit the reset button with your stylus and release the buttons when you see the bootloader. It will then want you to confirm the flash.

Just installed JD's Rom and I love who fast it works!!! However, radio is not as strong as it used to be. I went from 2 bars in office to no bars.
