L3gion if its been like the nue kitchens in the past. It integrates into the ppckitchen.

well, nothing to get excited about... its just 5.2.20757 on top of stock rom with HTC_CM_Guardian removed, and multi-nai turned off in internet sharing.... I had a hell of a time debugging the broken bluetooth driver from the blackstone rom since i couldn't access kitl though... Its like working blind!!! apparently my connection just switched to 1x, this is going to be a fun upload!! i'll see if I can find somewhere with a nicer connection.

I see you have Cox No2....are you having problems with that connection? If so, my roomate works at Coxs tech support....I might be able to get him to do something. LEmme know.

Will it be getting rid of the sprint bloatware?

well, it'll have all the stuff stock has, so yes, it will have youtube, worldcard, stock manila etc. I haven't touched that yet, and you could easily remove it using the kitchen. the key things in this build are the newer WM build, (taken from a stock Touch HD) and some useless stuff removed, like cm guardian, which runs in the background to make sure you aren't renaming your network. The thing is recently I talked to people that were still using stock roms on their vogue/whatever and wondered why ... apparently they prefer that level of functionality...

so, the plan is to make a stable stock rom (nueROM-S), and then build from that. there will be a nueROM3 for Touch Pro as well, but thats obviously going to include nueTools etc. and yes, there will be a nueROM-S for titan as well.

the ppcgeeks kitchen group is working on one that is a simple point and click kitchen that is a very good kitchen for developers of all sorts but is not for me totally. it is very advanced but relies on internet connection which im not always able to use so i like using bepe's tools since i dont have to be connected to the interenet to use and you have to do everthing manually so you get a better understanding of how things are done.

i like the idea of not using the easy meathod as well. i dont alsways want internet connection. dcd's was based off bepe's as well (i do belive) and i kind of liked that better than ppcgeeks style. although, the geeks kitchen had a but load of oem already included. i really had no problem finding the ones i wanted as well as making my own. it was pretty easy.

now i do belive no2chem used a base kit style. i know nothing about that.

someone please at least tell me which style i should be getting ready for.

1. base kit style
2. bepes
3. geeks
4. other

Sorry for the holdup, I'm having trouble obtaining an internet connection out here stable enough for me to upload the rom. On top of that, I had some issues updating the XIP, etc.

Anywho, a preliminary rom should be up shortly, probably in the next 30 minutes. Yes, this will include some kind of makeshift kitchen, but as usual, you'll have to figure that part out on your own.

this is what i am talking about. how can i get ready for it. come on people, hook a brother up.

thanks, cody
