Had .35 for VZN was unlocked and even after trying the relocker then unlocker it always did the same thing. Hangs at 0% and errors out. Didn't relock before the stock rom but when it was erroring out after loading it I figured it might have relocked somehow itself but no go no matter if I tried to relock, unlock, or load a custom rom. I eventually just left the stock one on and customized it to my liking but didn't know if maybe it had to do with the new rom at all. Was more of a "yeah I had a problem with it to" kind of post as I am happy with the way it is setup now.

Same issues-
Had an HTC Pro, unlcoked and running SSK kitchen
Phone has been replaced with a new HTC Pro and now I can not unlock it.
RAPH500
SPL-0.35.C-SSPL
MicroP-Wrong Platform (0x85)
If I reboot the phone and enter the bootloader I see the following.
RAPH500
SPL-0.40.0000
Micro-P-Wrong Platform(0x85)
Phone still boots fine in the stock ROM but I can not unlock it or load a new ROM.

Any Help would be great.

if you can't unlock through activesync, then try from the bootloader or through the microSD card. Here's how to do it from microSD card http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=61333

Yep that did it.
For hours I tried a lot of differnet things could not get it to unlock connected to the computer.
I followed the following:

And used the manual exe from SSKUSers.net and the nbh from the link above for Verizon phones.
I had to use the NueStorage Manager to format my SD in FAT32.
I backed up the fiels on my SD and formated it, and followed the rest of the directions, it worked perfect.

Note: The manual exe that was with the nbh I used didn't work and if your SD is not formated with a good tool in FAT32 it will not load the image.

After I got it unlocked, I was able to flash it with out a problem.

Note: This is my fourth TP, the other 3 I could unlock from USB and my computer with Active Sync, this phone I just got yesterday, I had to use the SD flash method for what ever reason. I did notice that the SPL on the unlocked new phone was a .40 if that makes any difference.

Hope this helps for some one, I know I wasted a few hours trying to figure it out.

ok got a problem. i flashed to the sprint stock rom and tried to use the relocker to lock the phone. i needed to take it in for repair. got the stock rom on just fine. tried to use the relocker from my storage card and something went wrong. now when i turn it on its stock ont the tri color bootloader screen and says across the top. security unlocked in red and has what looks like Ruunbh beside it in yellow. the red bar has
RAPH000
SPL-0.37.0000
MicroP-herman (Led) v0C85 then the green one says
MicroPuherman (key) v0685
Psoc-Raph STAGE_EVT v20

hard redets dont fix it pulling the battery didnt fix it either. is there anyone that can help. i dont like having this expensive paper wieght. thanx for any assistance.

while it's in bootloader mode (tri-color screen), just plug it into computer and "USB" will appear on the botom of the phone screen, then open the shipped rom exe and it will reflash your phone and fix your problem. then it is ready for return. if you need the shipped rom exe, you can get it here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42741

need to send my phone back.... the screen is broken... the only way i can see it it via pc connection. i reflashed the stock rom and radio and tried relocking with the relocker supplied in this thread but i get this error. 'ERROR[260] : CONNECTION.

any ideas. i really dont think i can flash via sd becuase i have no screen and can't veiw the screen in bootloader mode.... ARRRRRGHH! HELP!

change this setting then try again and you shouldn't get the connection error. click start-settings-connections-usb to pc, then uncheck the box under Activesync
