Well, I like to use an app called Calligrapher. This happens when I use ANY touch keyboard. I try to avoid the slide out keyboard because of all the trouble people have had with the ribbons inside become disconnected.
What happens is like I said, when I try to close the popup keyboard, it doesnt close,, it usually registers the last get I typed and when I push it again, THEN it will close. I have a hell of a time even getting to another sip like transcriber, qwerty, calligrapher. When I click the little arrow next to sip button, it doesnt do anything.

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

I am really stoked on this rom as the battery lasts a LONG time for me on this, but with this sip prob, It really gets annoying trying to email/text/notes, well anything that requires a sip.

1. You can put mp3/wav/wma into either Windows/Rings or My Documents/My Ringtones to use as RINGTONES ONLY.
2. You place mp3/wav/wma into plain ole Windows directory to use them as Alert/Notifications.

I have also experienced this problem. Im going to do my best to figure out exactly what the heck is going on with it and fix it in the next update. Any gurus out there, please help me out with this. Has anyone heard of this problem?

I gots another problem,,
I tried to set up my msn email and when it asks me to click the link below to access your windows live hotmail account, it pops up an error saying operaL cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted.....blah blah.
I only had operamini installed, so I went to the opera website and downloaded the opera 10 cab but when I try to install it, it immediately says "installation of Opera 10 wm was unsuccesful."
I soft reset and tried again with same results.
Is there a different version of Opera 10 I need to install? The opera website said it detected my phone and listed the available downloads.. I got it from there.

I love this rom! Lately I have been having an issue with my hardware keyboard going out which I would say is probably hardware, though I did a task29 and re-flash and so far so good.. One thing I would like to see in this rom in the future would be some kind of audio booster cooked in since the default volume, even at max, is basically unusable unless you are in a quiet room :/ Overall VERY nice and thanks again!

Not that long bro..
The first run took less than 10 mins on my TP.
Then after that it boots in just under a minute before you start adding progs to it..
I have several programs now and I time it.. lol it takes 1min10secs to boot up and run normally.

Oh, and Popssracer, nevermind about opera 10 install,, I downloaded a version from XDA that said opera 10 final and it installed no prob.

Edit: Ok, I must be stupid.. On my last rom with 6.5 I was able to set up my windows live hotmail account and have it check email for me, but I cant seem to figure out how I did it.
As it is, I am trying to set it up in the email from Menu/tools/new account but when I go there and enter my msn details it tells me to click a link and that link takes me to windows live mobile site. Where yes I can check my email but it doesnt push it to my phone.

Any Idea what I am doing wrong?

Someone else had this problem as well, just reflash and try again, Ive never had a problem with it, its flashed perfectly each time, so I can't diagnose it, but I would say just reflash and try again buddy, it should work, that worked for the one other dude that had that happen.

No idea, ive never tried to set up that kind of email before, i use outlook on my computer and just let it sync up the email i have in that box when i connect it. Maybe someone else here can help? Other users, id appreciate some help with this issue, anyone else set up hotmail with this rom?
