Revision 27 roms in the oven :-D Several fixes, D3D drivers fixed, remote desktop added, weather database editor added (so you can put your city in the weather tab).

Also, aforementioned "Stealth" rom line in the works soon as well.
In case you missed it, the Stealth roms are the roms im making that look just like the stock rom (so you can represent your provider's carriers colors in your skin), but under the hood its the just works rom, so it.. well.. just works :-D. Any suggestions for the taskbar package for my stealth rom package? I wish I knew how to create my own taskbar colors, id do something stock looking but with the carrier colors, but ive looked through the make your own taskbar pages and they made my head hurt a little.

Hello again, I installed the ROM flawlessly and it's pretty fast.
and about the Carrier issue. well I was able to get on the internet with the data connection, but I can't send any text's tells me "cause code: 32773" something about me being out of range. but after playing around. I was able to send a text IF i was already connected to the internet on the phone.

I also couldn't find the MMS settings you talked about.

besides that issue, its working great.


UPDATE..
today it seems to be working fine. I downloaded an old carrier cab for telus for my htc titan & that seems to be working now.

Still kinda new to all this...If I have Verizon, would I use the generic ROM?

Yes. Install the generic rom, then go to the text messages tab, hit all messages at the bottom left side, then press menu, and scroll down as far as you can go (theres more options below "Tools") and select "MMS Options" Hit the "servers" tab at the bottom and a list of servers (alltel, cricket, sprint, telus, verizon) will be shown in the window. Select "Verizon" in your case and press the "set as default" button. Now you can recieve MMS messages as well. I would recommend updating your PRL also when you get the rom installed. (Dial *228 and choose the second option: "Update your roaming capabilities" from the phone tree selections)

Excellent! Glad to hear its working okay! The next set of updates ill include a telus specific rom for ya so you dont have to do all that, if i can. (For some reason my kitchen choked, flopped around, and died when i tried to do a verizon specific rom, but ill give the telus carrier package a try)

Awesome, got it. Thanks. I've noticed that the phone doesn't vibrate when I get a text message. I have it set to vibrate both using the side volume buttons, and the sounds and notifications under settings. Maybe I'm missing something, any ideas?

Well, the only thing I would like to see at this point is a WM 6.5 version of the Just Works ROM... I've spent a couple weeks poking and prodding at Caulkin's Kitchen, but I can't find the package that keeps crashing the compiler. WM 6.5 seems to work fine with graphics acceleration in landscape mode, but none of the ROMs that work are anywhere near lightweight on resources like this one.

EDIT: Found out the Verizon Carrier cab is bonkers and that's what crashes Caulkin's kitchen when you compile.
