If there are any other settings you want me to check to try and help, let me know.

I edited mine.. Changed suggautocorr from 1 to 0, changed suggchars from 3 to 0. And had to add dword value TurnOffAutoDeploy. All the other values were the same as yours.
Soft reset but the sip still acts the same..

2: Go to a website that is long
3: Scroll in portrait mode
4: Scroll in landscape mode
5: Notice big difference in smoothness

Hmm, I dont use landscape much and never noticed but there is definitely some lag while in landscape.

This also affects YouTube, and reduces the smoothness of the video, causing frame jumping or tearing.

anyone else using this rom experiencing problems with the camera? After I take a photo, it takes FOREVER to save/delete. I have it set to 10 second timeout but it takes more like 30 seconds.
Also, i cant go into panorama mode unless I do a soft reset and then go directly to panorama. Then it lags so bad, its almost impossible to get a panoramic shot.
If I dont soft reset and go straight to panorama, it tells me there is not enough memory, would I like to close some programs to free up space.. But only thing running is activesync and task manager.
I am thinking about going back to stock rom.. This is by far the best rom I have tried so far but it really has a lot of bugs and a lack of support..
I appreciate the work you have done on this.

I dont want to go back to stock... lol
My dad just got a TP and even with my phone loaded with a bunch of apps, I still have more memory available than his fresh stock TP. lol

Out of the bugs I have listed in this thread, I can live with all of them but the camera issue..
When I use the camcorder, it works fine, saves fine, no lag or anything. BUT when use PHOTO, I can take the photo and preview it but when the 10 second timout happens, I get the spinning working animation for a real long time. I mentioned 30 seconds before but its more like 1m:30s. And sometimes it wont even save the photo.

I ran SKtools and found over 300 bad shortcuts/regkeys and cleaned them up but that had no effect on the camera.

Any Ideas?

Your camera problem is very interesting, I have experienced no problems whatsoever with it, and can take photos, videos, etc wtih none of the issues you have described. Ill look into it and see what i can find.

I remember you asking about with SPB mobileshell task manager thing in the top right corner being missing on your rom.. Its missing on mine too but it is there on my dads stock alltel rom.

I really think I am going to flash back to stock and use SPBMSfor now.. If I hate it too much I will definetely come back to this rom. Hopefully when/if I do, I can test different methods of flashing to remedy the sip problem, I did task 29 coming from twisted/access rom so maybe I will try flash dance then this one.

I wish I knew how to use a kitchen but I dont have the time to get into it. I would like a stock rom with just the bloat programs removed. Seems this rom has a little too much removed.

flashing to stock as soon as my backup finishes :(

Cooking version 29 right now. Will post it in the next 24-48 hours for testing. This might fix the issues with the soft keyboard, and some of the graphics issues (camera possibly) as well.

I just wanted to say thanks! for this ROM. It is fantastic! I have TP on Verizon, so none of the other roms really 'worked' for me - too slow and too much lag, even after tweaking the pagepool. I was looking for a replacement phone on Ebay when I read your description (and found it perfect for me), downloaded it - and man, it is perfect.
