I changed the Pagepool to 8. I know the default would probably not work as no VZW phone can handle a PP over 12. Text and Phone both working! but did notice the phone did not reboot after *228 1 or 2, (Carrier Programming, PRL Updates) I reset them after each myself. Since I didn't have any problems (I made the MMS regedit and reset before testing) I have no other reported issues other than the contacts showing up in the People/Favorites Add contact page. I have not tried any of the facebook or twitter stuff either. And to save some memory I shut off tabs like internet, stocks, twitter and facebook. I know someone had issues with Facebook and the people page in Sense 2.5.18 and they solved it by using people page from 2.5.16 instead. Your people page has an awful lot more locations to store contacts so I was wondering did you make that tweak or is that standard on the newer Sense? (I'm a bit out of touch on Manila/Sense Development) Ya Gotta work sometime! lol Couldn't find anything in the Registry but that usually means a missing reg entry instead of a wrong one. The people page did populate the favorites once I synced the Phone. So it does work, It is really only the ADD to favorites function. I haven't noticed any crases except when trying to add or remove contacts from the favorites (Which is what the People page displays). But yes I can confirm this is working just fine on a Verizon Device! |

Re: Twisted Access 1.5 (11.01.10)
Yep it does work for VZW.
I have a generic CDMA Carrier package from my old Calkulin Kitchen I could zip up and post if that helps you with the carrier issues on future builds. Like I said though everything works just failed to reset after *228 programming. Yep there are so many dependencies in the new Sense (has been since Manila 2.1) that it is hard to get everything working when a new version comes out. It's really not a major problem for me at this point. Couple days now and the phone seems pretty stable with everything else. Great Job! |

Re: Twisted Access 1.6 [FINAL] Rom and Kitchen (12.28.10)
Uploading now. Thank you to all who you have tried my attempts of making a solid rom for the touch pro. I have learned a lot and appreciate your patience as I tried to find answers. I am still a part of the community, and will stop by from time to time to assist with any issues. Thanks again.

Re: Twisted Access 1.6 [FINAL] Rom and Kitchen (12.28.10)
No, thank YOU!
I am downloading now will see if I can't make it a little more Raph500 friendly for the VZW crowd. It's a really stable build, (Surprisingly for what it contains) but the VZW Ram limitation is really messing with it's stability. I'm going to try with the kitchen to reduce it to just what I need and see if I can solve some of those problems on my unit. I'll let you know how successful I am. Thanks again for releasing the Kitchen. A base kitchen this stable hasn't come along since Caulk stopped developing his Kitchen. The people tab was the only issue I could find with it! And if you fixed that I'm off and running! |
