Have any verizon users tried the the full or lite versions, yet? I love sense 2.5 on nfsfan, but there isnt enough memory for web browsing, even using opera mini. Thanks for your help!

I am running the lite on a verizon tp rightnow flashed it lastnight. Seems to be running close to what nfs rom did.And I ran that rom for months with no real big issues. The rom seems to run a lil slower than nfs roms but that might be due to the pagepool.Im on a mac rightnow so i dunno how to change that to test with. But I love the way the rom looks.

Thanks. I tried my best to consider Verizon users. Users who are able can try a lower pagepool than the 6 that the lite version is set to by default.

I am a Verizon TP user. I have been running this ROM (the full version, pagepool 4) for a few days with no problems so far. It does appear to use significantly more memory (cuts my free memory in more than half) than the last Twisted release (I was running the 20100309 previously). It really helps with the memory usage to disable the SenseUI tabs you don't use. I personal prefer to run the Full ROM because I like to have all the programs (the phone is not limited in storage space, and SD cards make that a non-issue for me). I am working of figuring out tweaks to Windows Mobile that help reduce the memory footprint. Like compressing some of the graphics more, tweaking registry settings, etc.. I will post my findings here of course :)

Did you get to lower the pagepool?

changed the page pool on the full version to 4. On my gimped verizon tp It was very stable, and the icons and graphical touches were very sleek. Alas, 4mg pagepool was too slow for my needs.

The only other thing id mention, for me peronally, that would be more convenient is having the start button on the bottom, but im sure everyone has a different opinion on that. Very nice work tho, ill try the lite rom next.

I will take you up on that offer. This is a whole lot different from the outside looking in. Working from the inside out makes me appreciate the hard work that you, Twisted and other chefs put in to produce efficient stuff.
