Ok so i flashed back to this lite rom. I do have to say i love the rom just cant change the pagpool due to i only have a mac here :( mac kills my inner child. Anyway can one change the pagepool for verizon and upload it. Wish this gimmped thing would run the full version of this rom.But I really do like the lite rom so far

I installed your ROM and it froze up when I went to the Comm Manager. Then I reset it and now it's just sitting @ TouchPro Boot Screen.... Not impressed.. :( Hope I can atleast get it back to a working ROM now..

Yeah this isnt cool. I cant even get the phone to come back up now so I update to a better/working ROM... It just sits at the Touch Pro Screen. Can anyone please help with this problem????

Hopefully holding power, volume down, and reset gets you back to bootloader screen.

I dont think its working.. Ive help power, vol down and dont even see a reset key.. did u mean the center (OK) button, the one that the ring of light is around??? I really wanna just get it back to working condition.. now its not even working.. just Stuck @ Touch Pro screen with red lettering at bottom....someone please help..

thanks again.. but beware of that issue when accessing comm manager and then just resetting it cause it was froze, got it locked up.. hope someone fixes it as i am switching back to RootRom

Here are my first round of findings for us Verizon TP users.

aGPS/Tower location works out of the box (approx. location), GPS receiver seems to work, but I thing my hardware has a problem, I see the strings come from the GPS, but never get any satellites or a fix. I have the same problem in the stock rom as well.

MMS Needed a small registry tweak, change "HKLM/Software/ArcSoft MMS UA/Config/mm1/DefaultSettings" From "Sprint" to "Verizon".

The Facebook tab works great.

The Manilla Locker works great too.

The Font fix looks great and works as well.

I dropped the cache to 8192.
HKLM\SYSTEM\GDI\GLYPHCACHE\limit = 8192

I delete ilock2 from Windows\Startup, in favor of the manilla locker. This seems to free about 2-3MB of ram.

Hope this helps other Verizon users out there, I will continue to find more tweaks to apply, as memory usage is still a little high for my taste.

I'm sorry that comm manager did not work for you I will definitely look into that. Are you talking about the one in manila settings? I was able to access it without problems. As a matter of fact I was able to turn bluetooth off and on. Test wifi without problems. Was this with the lite version? It was fine for me in the regular one. I am currently playing with a 6.5.5 build that I am working on. I shall return to the rom to see what you are talking about.

I double checked the comm manager. It is working fine. I wonder if this is an issue for Alltel users? Can anyone else confirm this?
If you are flashing from one rom to the next, please do a flash dance. You should first go to a stock rom then go to another rom. Flashing to stock does not fully wipe out the prior rom but it helps to remove conflicting issues.
