Clean, updated ROM. The best part - stability. This ROM is solid, very few bugs (only one I've noticed is the volume up/down bug on all the later WM releases). The ROM is also one of the fastest WM ROMs out there. Of course, WM isn't exactly fast to begin with, but this is as good as WM gets.

I've run this thing the day DCD released it, and haven't rebooted once (other than maybe in the first week for a couple of installations). Almost a whole month, without a single crash. Find me even a Sprint stock ROM that can do that.

Phone canvas is gone, so dialing is a bit of a pain, but works better, no landscape or scrolling bugs anymore.
Unless DCD releases another TP update, this is the ROM I will use until a superior SERO compatible phone is released. To me, superior at this point means faster processor (TP2 isn't superior IMO). OR WebOS/Android, but that is a wholly different argument.

If you want performance and stability, and a clean, lightweight OS to build your phone on, there is no better choice than DCD.

I second that, qbunnie, DCD's ROMs are #1.

And don't blame me if i'm wrong, but i have a funny feeling this won't be DCD's final Touch Pro ROM....just call it a hunch ;)

thats quite odd... since i'm here experiencing completely opposite :S

i've been with dcd's roms since the first release for TP's, and this 2.34 was the most buggiest one. once every few days my cell ends up freezing making me have to soft reset to get it back working, but every other soft reset ends up freezing just after loading the titlebar as well. the OK/Back button works but not always, sometime i end up hitting it 4 times to actually get the window minimize/ok-ed. funny thing is that OK/Back button works 100% when navigating start menu :-?

despite all major the problems mentioned above, i'm running v2.34 since its release and dont feel like reflashing to anything else... gotta wait till HTC Supersonic comes to life :D

I know that this ROM has been discontinued so, dcd if you don't chime in, no worries. The idea of a rom with nothing is fantastic. However, I am not a fan at all of the 6.5.1 os. I downloaded the kitchen but am lonst on how to add my own os. Any help? THanks
