I've tried 3 times now flashing, and each time the ROM loads through the bootloader, but hangs on the verizon wireless startup screen with the Please wait, phone starting up. Also, I did adjust the PP setting to 4 per the note on the thread.

I was running SSK prior, so i've been able to flash other ROMs, but for some reason I can't get yours to load.

I've also downloaded the distro file twice in those three attempts.

You mite try to hard reset and flash again. I have fixed this problem in this build. But, it could also be a gmail issue. You mite double check your gmail settings.
