Been using this ROM for a couple of days. Previously was using Indagroove's ROM and then I used Root ROM. I've noticed on this one and Root ROM the battery drain is more significant, but maybe that's a penalty Sense introduces.

Otherwise, it seems like a reasonably stable ROM. Thanks for the build.

One question. Where is the settings menu item to update the PRL? I've looked all over and can't find it.

One of the challenges of going from one ROM to another is that the developers all seem to place common items in different folders so it takes a while to figure where everything is.

When making a call, I hear a hangup tone but the call goes through. I've never hear this on any other roms, anyone else? Also, try placing a call from a google maps result. It said something about dial not supported but again, went through anyway.

I thinh that the tone you are talking about is the one that let you know when the call its been conected, you can choose to vibrate the phone if you don't like the sound. I tried to place a call from google maps and everything its fine. (no error messages).

Go to the tools folder and look for Sprint Extras, tap on it and let it install, softreset and then go to Settings, then System and the prl should be there.

installing now... very happy to try a 6.5 rom - coming from ssk which has gone pretty solid tp2 only now...

Pretty harsh on verizon...

runs out of memory within 1-2 minutes with nothing but mail running...

set page pool to 4 (selected radio 4) should I use custom instead?

no way to page out to sd card?

I also noticed this sound. It only happens on the first call I make after a soft reset. After that, I get no tone. It almost seems like its a tone telling you that some app opened up, but I cant figure out what it is. I was curious if anyone had anymore info on this. It is a 3 tone sound that happens right at the beginning of connection.

Yes I know I have it pretty packed full. I'm getting ready for a new release.........several issues fixed..........and also making a LITE version as well.

It is supposed to do that everytime your connection goes through.

Thanks. I had installed the Sprint Extras but forgot to do the soft reset.

On another note, I've noticed than whenever I used a wired headset with the phone it shows a notification that bluetooth is on. Never saw that with other ROMs. Is that a quirk with this particular one?

Yeah, I kinda figured that. I just find it strange that it only gives that tone on the first call after a soft reset. Every call after that the tone does not sound. I wonder if there is a way to change that tone anyway, or if its built into a dll or other file.

It really doesn't matter anyway, it's not like it affects the performance of this awesome ROM, its just more of a curiosity.:scratch:
