For a while now I have been having a weird problem with screen. It isn't isolated to just this ROM, but every ROM I have started using lately. when whenever I slide to any tab on manilla, the screen jerks, and scrambles for about 2 secs, and then settles. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem, and if they knew how to fix it. I also happens in the start menu when I scroll up and down, and when loading a new ROM, the screen just wigs out...I wish i could load screen prints but I am at work. just to be clear, i have to unlock my phone using the Hard spl unlocker first and then i flash this rom (or is this a kitchen? where i can select different options and then it makes the rom and flashed it to my phone? right?) Thats what ive gathered from reading up on things here :)

If it happens in stock as well then it's not the rom. It sounds like it's the phone. I would suggest flashing back to stock, test it completely there.
