i miss the days when this thread had 10-20 new pages a day, what was once a bussling and busy thread is now a shell of its former self and now is on the verge of imploding on itself.:disgust: This is a sad day, my girl still has the tp1 and I come in from time to time to check out anything new, but for sure the tp1 days are numbered, I remember how new and exciting it was to have my tp, oi flashed my first ever rom on that baby! now that im done reminiscing thanks to all you awesome chefs and supporters that were such a wealth of knowledge for me, especially ahuskins and winmonewbie IN THIS THREAD!

Thanks jroyalty7, I had a blast in here with ahuskins. Thanks for the kind words.
I've been busy with the Evo and meeting up with more awesome geeks in the Android forums. I don't know when/if ahuskins will release a new ROM. My *guess* is that it would be the final one.
The beta I was testing was close to final but needed a few more tweaks.
Co0kies home tab has been upgraded yet again, to 1.8.5 so there maybe some more work to get a final ROM ready.
Next time I talk to him I'll see what's up.

I just wanted to throw out a great big THANKS to ahuskins, winmonewbie and all the others that worked hard to develop and test this ROM. I've been using it now for at least 6 months, and it has been the quickest and most stable I've used, including (or maybe especially) the ROMs I developed myself from the various kitchens. I still have another year to go on my TPro contract, so I expect that I'll be running the SKI-ROM for many more months to come. Thanks again for all the hard work!

OHHHH MY GOODNESS!!!! I am new to the winmo community, and I must say I am very impressed with the work going on here at PPCGeeks! I do not have a lot of money and I have never had nor could I afford a really tweaked out customizable phone. I had lost my little instinct s30 and did not have the money to pay the insurance premium, I ended up finding the Touch Pro for a great price, the previous owner upgraded and really helped me out. This ROM has been the best thing to happen to me since I finally got my fist beeper in 94. Thank you so much for your hard work that allows the average Joe with a little working knowledge of various Windows platforms to keep up with the Jones's so to speak. I will, in the near future, make a small contribution to help keep the work you are doing going so that others may experience the "JOY" I feel now! Thanks!

Is anyone having trouble with the facebook uploader with the newest build of the standard rom.... I could really use some help here. Thanks! And Thanks again for all the hard work you guys put into your roms!

I've noticed that Picturemail and Arcsoft issues are completely resolved with this image. I've used NFS, Energy, and a few others and have always had issues with the MMS reliability.

I just wish i knew the exact settings the were put in place so i can replicate in other Roms.

It's probably not to do with settings, but what packages are cooked into the ROM e.g. which version of Arcsoft and what messaging client is used, etc...
