Is it possible?

I run two gmail accounts all the time. They are backed up from SPB but obviously I set them originally within the ROM.
Not exactly sure what you mean by "built in mail app". I erased one of my accounts and then restored it this way:
From an existing Inbox hit the Menu soft key and scroll down to Tools>New Account>Select Gmail. You should be golden.
I dont have two Hotmail accounts but Windows Live may only limit you to one-not sure. If it does limit you then set up the second one manually as a pop account with the following server settings:
Incoming
pop3.live.com
Outgoing
smtp.live.com
You may have different options for synching this account vs the main Hotmail account-just FYI.

I experienced this just yesterday. It seems to be a problem with the Sense interface. If you go to the MS Apps folder on the start menu and find Messaging. From there, I was able to create multiple gmail accounts.

Auto Backlight Toggle. This was on pocketnow today, you may want to give it a try. Installs a toggle to turn the Auto Backlight control On/Off. It reduces the number of steps it takes to turn it on/off. Some may find it useful. Works great.

I use Lumos to handle my backlighting so I am pretty happy with that. What drives me crazy is the power setting to dim the light after 10 seconds when on battery power. I can't make it save any changes to that setting. I can turn it off or change the timeout and it works for a while. But the next day it will be back to 10 second dimming. Know of any way to mae changes to those settings stick?

I wouldn't think of that toggle as a replacement for Lumos. It simple reduces the steps to turn off the Auto-adjust...if that is something you do regularly.

As to the backlight settings-lemme play with it on the Beta and see what I can see. On all previous builds I always kept it at 10 seconds so I wouldn't have noticed an issue.

I agree- it isn't a replacement for Lumos. I just meant that Lumos adjusts the brightness for me so well that I never feel the need to turn off the auto-adjust.

And I'd really appreciate having you test the dimmer timer on the beta. It has been driving me nutty since I started using the 2.5 builds of Sense. I'm not positive, but I don't think the 2.1 rom had the problem.

Thanks for this... worked like a champ, and I was able to setup multiple ms live accounts (hotmail, etc).

Great info! Should have thought about checking there!

Well it's been over 24 hrs and my backlight setting is staying where I set it (30 sec). Maybe it's something different with this build or some mod you've made but it's fine on the current Beta. I'm not running Lumos. I played with it awhile ago but for my needs I'm fine without it. Could a setting within Lumos be the culprit? I'll install it and see if that makes a difference.

Can you try a soft-reset? Wondering if that causes some kind of settings reset. Besides that, if it is stable for you, then I know it is something I have going with mine. Probably some cr@p I installed. I can deal with that. I'll hunt it down.

Thanks!

Jason

Yup, stable through a few SR's. Happy hunting :)
