If you leave it on sprint you will receive them just fine. (I have found this out plenty of times.)

But if you want to send them out also you will have to change it to USCC server. I would say give my settings a try in that other thread I mentioned and see if that one works for your device for sending and receiving.

did you try to manually download it by opening the message and clicking download or did you just let it download on its own?

hey has anyone figured out anything more about the video message issue? it still wont work for me. ive even tried runnin a remove pic mail cab and reinstalled arc soft and still nothin

hi,

does anyone know how can can

1) remove the sliding notifications thing at the top of the screen that appears when i click the taskbar

2) replace it with the HTC notifications screen that lists everything on one page that I can dismiss, etc...

I had to open the message and manually download it - the same process that wasnt working before. So it just started working. I'll give your settings a try

i gave up on video messaging and havent tried it in so long.

You can install another taskbar that dont have the drop down or sliding notification choice i think they are called 6.5 taskbar the one we are using now is 6.5.x taskbars if I am not mistaking please someone correct me if I am wrong on this.

On your second issue I dont think that there is a cab file or anything that is installable to do this but i could be mistaking but I will leave that question to some of the professionals.

Have you tried to ask your questions in one of the taskbar threads
