Happened to me in carbon root when I changed cookie to vga. I slid the keyboard open then closed it and it fixed itself.

yeah i found if you open/close the keyboard as soon as you see the white box, it fixes itself and sense starts up as normal.

This happened to me in the last 2 or 3 Root ROMs. I simply soft reset and the problem is fixed. Didn't know about the open/close keyboard but soft resetting never hurts.

I always slide kb to clear any errors on screen.
Sliding kb also fixes hard key lights on the front of the device when they stay on.
Use that info if your lights stay on.
Saves battery.

Are the icons on the top bar (MaxDarkRootCombo) supposed to be functional?

Settings tab hit menu select all settings
0315 Slim Root have an icon for settings Thank you Root

Yeah all future updates should have the settings on the start menu as well.
Reg key did not hold so I edited my initflash file in the kitchen to fix it.
Should be fine now.
