Interesting because ive NEVER flashed danced and the roms always run really well... nuts huh?

But if anything ever does happen what roms are u guys flashdancing w??

That's what I try to believe but I really have had problems with it! I am starting to think they just don't agree with my phone. Or more specifically, my phone doesn't agree with the roms.

I flash using the loader that comes with the roms and just run it from my computer - I've never used the SD card method.

I go with the shipped rom from USCC - direct from the HTC website. http://www.htc.com/us/support/touch-...lar/downloads/

Roots roms are AWSOME!
I jump from energy rom to root rom.. but The winner is deff roots. Dont get me wrong nrgz are good to but not fully their the vga on energy is bad :(

That is the same one I use for my USCC touch pro although I have mine saved on my laptop so I won't have to keep downloading it over and over.

But I never have a problem with my device after a flash dance, I sometimes get the drop down taskbar issue that you refered to but it is typically only when my battery gets really low and i get a miss call or text message. So as long as my battery is above the please charge your device or memory will be lost point the taskbar works just fine.

The thing i sometimes have an issue with is that little task manager/memory status thing that supposed to pop up when you press the clock in the taskbar on the right. What happens is sometimes it does not pop up or if it do pop up it go back down really fast, but after letting the device sit for a little while or doing something else on the device I go back to the home screen and then it starts back working correctly.

if thats happening, ive found if you hit the notifications area and let that menu pop down, then hit the clock area, the task manager drop down will come down. they interfere with each other sometimes i think, but that always works for me.

I think this is a new finding for me not really sure but have any one ever tried to turn on data connection from the com manager?

I tried it and it kept directing me to the set up connection screen (I know that is not what it is called just my guess)

I think it turn off fine but i can't test because i am tethering at the moment.

i know there is a fix for it but anyway to cook the keyboard fix so the symbol menu pops up when you click "sym" instead of é? thats been an issue since i started using root roms. im using the latest non dark rom.
also, opera is super laggy for me. i start typing and everything shows up super slow. i doubt it is the rom since all other programs work

the red root rom seem to be broken will never get a single bar of signal ? radio is timing out ? battery drain unbelievable fast did flash dance twice , im try a few new radios to see that helps :spin:
