Yeah, I noticed that too and did some searching. There is a cab to add it in but you have to access the program from the normal programs menu and not the settings tab.
Someone apparently cabbed it to work in the settings tab but I couldn't get it to work on my TP.
I'll update in a minute with the links.

have anyone ran across the text messaging icon showing u have an unread text message when u dont? do anyone know how to get rid of it other than a hard reset? I already did a soft reset and deleted all messages.

Does anyone use long press end key and then set airplane mode? I Had to switch away from RedRum because it would not leave airplane mode, Soft-reset fixed it about half the time. I had to go back to DarkRoot.

If you recently used MS MyPhone to restore your contacts, etc, it puts a welcome to myphone email in youyr inbox...even if you don't have mail set up on your phone.

To get rid of it, go to text messages and choose "all messages". you should see a list of folders and one of them is for the outlook email. look in there to find the mystery message and delet it.

You should now be rid of your unread test message indicator.

i tried redrum n it was pretty good. i loved rootrom n now im gonna try slimroot cause ive read alot of great things about it. btw... who ever designed that GTX rom, wow! i would love to see that version be the next project. just wanted to give my opinion a little. thanks so much root
