That should have worked.
Try it again with SD card out.

I tried rebooting without sd card, but still the same. Should I reflash again (without sd in)?

Take out SD card and flash to stock and then back.
Just in case there is something corrupt on the SD card.

I thought I was having the same problem with the new 0121 Max ROM. I flashed from another ROOT ROM, Sense would not load. (only waited a minute or so) Flashdanced, Sense would still not load. Finally flashdanced again and let phone sit for almost 5 minutes and Sense loaded. All I had for those 5 minutes was the taskbar and Root's wallpaper. HR'ing now so I will report on later boot times. Im sure they will get better after this first boot.

Flashed the 1/19 2.1 rom and didn't like that it was missing compact home? if thats what takes away the call history and calender tab, didn't like the flip clock either but everything else was sweet. I tried to install some cabs like Panoramic and a new clock but they didn't work... Anyone got panoramic cab or another flip clock peferably transparent or the T-Mobile Tp2 clock that will not mess up manila?
