cant wait until this is fully functional on the sprint heros! we can finally have something nice instead of the crappy 1.5!

Hitting a brick wall. I'm certain this isn't going to be possible until we can get our hands on an updated kernel. In digging through the settings I found that the droid makes cdma settings to the framework.jar. Those settings don't exist in the gsm version that we have available to us. Rebuilding the framework isn't possible without having the kernel source. Kernel source isn't available to us. So it's looking like this won't be anything other than a novelty.

But yay for a new forum section!

I see the networking over at the forum where people are running into these short falls. Something is bound to happen. I remember when the initial rom and rooting was attempting to take place , then Boom you guys nailed it
