thanks! with that clock, do I just install the APK and it should be available as a widget?
EDIT: I figured it out, this clock looks GREAT! thanks so much for the apk

Now my only other issue is that mail widget... any idea as to how to put a link to my exchange email with a counter showing unread messages?

Hmm.. I don't use touchdown, I know it was used on earlier versions of android to integrate with exchange servers but I though it wasn't needed anymore.

its odd, I've flashed to a bunch of roms and this is the first I've run into this issue with (no Mail widget) although to be fair MOST of the roms I tried were sense based.

if anyone has a suggestion as to how to get a mail counter widget I'd really appreciate it.

i am having issues with my 4G turning itself off and breaking itself automatically.

i went to bed with 4G on, i wake up its off. i look at settings and it says "turning off" greyed out. throughout the day it is greyed out saying "turning on" or "turning off". the only way to resolve this is to reboot my phone.

v1.2y with tiamet 3.3.7, hasn't occurred with any other version.

I haven't played with this all that much... but I've been able to sync to exchange easily on any rom I've tried. (I sync all contacts to exchange)

one thing I noticed is the mail app in this rom is awful.... you can only view the entire in box, there doesn't seem to be anyway to sort messages (by read, unread, sent or flagged messages..) you can't even search the mail box using the magnifying glass... anyone else run into this?

I just came form OMJ's gingerbread rom and I LOVED the new mail app...this seems like a major step backwords..

any suggestions?

I find the mail app here much more useful than the stock mail app on the Evo (part of sense?). That one didn't have a Combined Inbox for all my accounts, and I had to switch to a different mode to perform bulk operations. Oh - and deleting an email was a 3-step process ](*,). Syncing to exchange was not problematic with either (though terrible with K9 mail).

General question regarding audio volume - is there a kernel that does this well? I guess it is an Evo problem, but I find it almost impossible to hear the audio on my earphones if I am in a train/subway (which I am often). Most other mp3 players/iphones I have used had a much higher max volume. I am currently using deck's ROM with Tiamat 3.3.7-sbc, but wondering if there is a kernel out there that can boost the volume.

I am not familiar with one but use dsp manager that came with this rom and click on headset and alter the sound the way you want it...it might not be as loud as I want it but it sounds better

This should accomplish what you are requesting. Let me know if it does just that. Good Luck.
