What's up everyone! So I've only had my EVO for a day and a half and it's my 1st Android phone so please go easy on me.

My question is, what's the easiest way to flash this ROM? Yes, my phone is fully rooted. I've tried to flash it using ROM Manager but I get errors about "Upgrading Amend Scripts to Edify" because of my ClockworkModRecovery v3.0.0.5. I found some info. on that but I really don't want to mess with any scripts just yet, I just want to flash a custom ROM. I can see if I can downgrade a version of ClockworkModRecovery so that hopefully this won't happen, but in my reading it seems like there are several ways to do everything with Android. While that's nice to have options, it makes things very confusing for noobs like myself.

So again, aside from ROM Manager, what's the easiest way to flash this ROM?

I don't use Clockwork, i use Amon Recovery. And with Amon I just reboot into Recovery. I wipe data, cache, and Dalvik. Then "flash zip from sdcard".
Then reboot. I would think Clockwork is simaliar.

You can also fix RA 2.3 grafic glitch for private use by replacing kernel inside of recovery image or even customize it

Hey Vin I was just looking at the new ROM and some screen shots and Mann I'm loving it. Makes me want to buy another Evo, just to run your ROM. I always liked the blue theme in plutonium and you took it to another level. Nice.!!

I put the rom on last night, first thing I notice when i took off the charger the next morning, at a 100/% charge it took at least 8 minutes of heavy use to drop to 99%. That in it self deserves recognition.
