2. If you are restoring apps, are you using titanium? If so are you trying to restore any 2.1 apps or data? You may have to manually go through and uncheck them.. I've seen this happen before. If you restore 2.1 junk onto a 2.2 rom you will have problems.

If none of the above is applicable then try this, do not skip a step!

1. Wipe data/cache - twice.
2. Wipe cache twice (yes i know we just did it above but just do it anyway)
3. Wipe Dalvik cache - again twice.
4. Flash ROM 2.4
5. Do NOT wipe after flashing the rom
6. Boot it up and see what happens, don't restore anything yet until you test.
7. Restore what you need to but make sure you are restoring compatible apps/data.
8. Enjoy your force-close-free rom

I've also encountered issues when restoring from nandroid if you do not wipe prior to restoring. It may not sound like it makes sense but trust me I've had it happen more than once.

PS. your avatar scares the shit out of me
Wanted to let you know everything seems to be in good working order. I wasnt restoring anything and was still having issues and then i also tried with NAND restore and had more issues I think , so i tried both , and I also wiped, evidently not as well as i should have..LOL.. I have always prided myself on cleanliness but now i need to go the extra step (or two in this case) I cant believe that there is so much garbage left on these things that you have to wipe so often. I just wanted to let you know it all looks good so far. I have not tried to restore anything and I will probably load everything fresh anyways. I cannot recall if your first posts had the same wipe rate in the instructions but if not, you really may want to over emphasize it. I want to say thanks and let you know I lappreciate the rom and look forward to any additional stuff you put out.

By the way, my avatar scares me too

also, I had not seen anyone that had the same issue with the market not working like that, so I hope that this also helps anyone out experiencing that issue. thanks again, Fusion

This happened to me as well. I have asked Netarchy to look into it and possible build a compatible version. until then you can watch this thread and also keep an eye on this one > http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...=744368&page=7

Which one ended up working? Typically all previous Fresh compatible versions were working.

wondering if anyone here has gotten the new 1.4 PRI to work with Fusion's rom yet?/ If so please let me know what steps you took. I have been trying and cannot get it to update the newer PRI even following the steps here on PPCGeeks or XDA .

i haven't yet but it has nothing to do with the rom, it's purely luck and location right now, sprint is rolling it out.

well hopefully you will let us know here of you get lucky with it. I would think being where I am ( Dallas) it would be easy if it were just a lot to do with location. We get most upgrades ahead of most of the country .
