battery goes down fast without doing anything. How do you guys set up the SETCPU program, maybe thats my problem.

You need setcpu. And from their you can either over clock it or under... All on you really ove where in the board you want the phone to run on.

I think that you don't have to do anything with setcpu. Just install it. Calkulin arleady put a config file with the best settings to work after the program is installed. If i am wrong than someone please correct me.

I was having a lot of problems with my battery draining so fast, too. I think I got it fixed, now, though.

I messed with SetCPU, making it so it wasn't overclocked, but it still didn't help my battery. What I finally did was go into recovery (I use the RA recovery found in Pt.2 of Toast) and there is an item in Wipe called wipe Battery Stats. I did that, charged up the phone -- when I unplugged the first time, I plugged it back in and got the amber light again so I plugged it back in til I got green again -- now I seem to have the phone's battery back to regular.

Hopefully my rambling run-on sentences can help you, too.

Have been using this rom for a week now and it is really fast. I uninstalled sense and the only problem I had was the com.htc.rosieutility force-closes that the previous poster pointed and yes.... I have uninstalled the two programs mentioned in caulkin's post. But besides that, its an awesome rom.
