I updated to the latest ROM version but i still dont see the MMS changes, i still have 500k, 1M, 2M as an option for mms size. any idea?

Did you wipe system/cache/dalvik cache prior to installing? (I am assuming that you installed the standalone version)

Yes i did wipe all that and yes i use the standalone version, i didnt want to reinstall my app again, everything else it seen to be working fine except for the mms that do not show 5M.

I dont understand, if you said that you didn't want to reinstall your apps again, then to me it owuld seem like you wouldn't have wiped the system, cache,and dalvik cache. Mine shows the correct 500K, 2M, 5M settings within Messages>Menu>Settings>Maximum Message Size. Try this..boot into recovery..perform a nandroid backup. When complete, go back to recovery menu, wipe system, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache...then install Sprint Lovers 11.02.10 from your SD Card...when you are at the home screen, check the mms settings as shown above. If this works correctly then you didnt wipe out the old data beforehand.

Is Swype included in the latest update. I can't seem to find it?

Hi Trying this rom out, so far so good accept, Can't chose my ring-tones from music.
Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?

It's under 'Settings' --> 'Language & Keyboard' ---> towards the bottom is the checkbox for Swype along with settings for it.

I sugest you to do what Chris said...I do it and everything is working great.

I think it said its 1.99 for each use.
