How do I change the boot animation?

I went to system/customize/resources and put the bootanimation.zip AND the MP3 file in that folder. I also tried other folders such as the media folder and everywhere else. It always give me the "HTC quietly brilliant screen" I even deleted all the bootanimation.zip files and this one still comes up.... I even tried flashing a droid X.zip file in recovery mode but it gives me a error since I've updated to the recent sprint lover's rom.

HOW TO CHANGE THE BOOT SOUND & ANIMATION:
-Using a file explorer such as Root Explorer, navigate to /data/animation and overwrite the files "bootanimation.zip" and "bootsound.mp3" with the files of your choice. Be sure to keep the file names exactly the same.

Can someone tell me / post the installer for the quick pulldown app that is used in Sprint Lovers from the top status bar to turn on / off the radios?

Once GINGERBREAD comes out, I would love to see an UPGRADE package for this to the new OS. I know that if HTC can push an OS update so can we. hopefully someone can come up with this!

Yes the new Netflix app that allows you to stream movies is working great on this rom!

A great question for some members. Will someone please continue this rom for us evo people that love the Sprint apps etc. Later adding gingerbread once is released. If noth continue this doing another Sprint Lover's rom.
