A dumb question ..

Installed the 12-16-10 update and don't know where to find the HTC widgets, i.e
HTC Translator, HTC Tip Calculator etc. I can see them in the Manage Applications but can't find them to use ???

Help ... Thanks

Are you trying to find them under "all applications"? If you are, you need to add them as widgets to one of your home screens.

Since I have did this last update (actually fresh install) my email is working different. If I delete an email from the server, it would usually delete it from my email app on my phone but now if I delete it from the server it stays on the phone. Is there something I can do to get my email by in sync?

Thanks for the insight. That's what I needed to know. Actually I remember, after your "heads up", that I saw the widgets when I was creating folders to group apps.

Which mail client are you referring to, MAIL or Gmail? In addition, what mail service are you using?

I use IMAP settings with my secondary Gmail account on the HTC Mail client. I know when I used the POP settings a while ago I had the same issue you’re having. Check the POP/IMAP settings this "could" be your fix. In addition, check the settings on Comcast's site. There may be an option clicked to keep mail on server when deleted on your Evo.

Go into your mail settings and set it up the way you want. Its pretty self explanatory once your in the settings.
