thanks, now if I dont like it for any reason, should I just do a nand backup before installation? sorry havent messed around with kernels yet and wasnt sure if kernel survived nand restores or new flashes

Does 4G turn on for everyone with the new kernel? Cause for some reason it doesn't with the latest kernel but works fine when I reflash v3.7.2a

Edit: one other thing, went to do a restore via quick boot and recovery but it won't restore my nand backup. Error message says to run restore via adb or something to that effect.. any ideas? Do I need to do whitslack again? Thks.
Also, 4g doesn't turn on for me. It scans but never turns on.

edit2: now nand restore is working again this morning. strange.. but happy

Preview 3 is up and it's overclocked to 1.15GHz, so let me know if anyone has any issues with that speed. It has profiles set to reduce the speed at certain levels, so let's see how battery life is.

Also I removed a couple of things and put them on the SD, so I was able to free up more space.
