cdma wildfire

I would like to apologize first off for my misplaced thread I have an unbranded cdma wildfire it has h-boot 0.24.0000, I have rooted it with Z4root, and I have cwm (free) but I can not turn s-off Im trying to get froyo thanx for any help.
