I loaded this last night, worked pretty good. I changed the SIP, otherwise it worked pretty good. I like the 12 button home links.

How does the enatives showcase thingy work?

yes windows live works i use windows live myself but there is a bug with the remote desktop

thats the task manager you see in the start menu i reccomend using it to the hold phone button unless you use voice command.

But things to expect in the next rom would have to be a theme fix and i want to change the manila 2.5 slider icons and slider... Anybody know anybody that can help with this?

REALLY? because I have yet to use a single sense 2.5 rom with a working windows live, can you confirm that it actually syncs email and doesnt just die at the login screen?

Looks like a terrific ROM... can't get WiFi to connect? How to do it? Tried everything. WiFi Wiz sees network for a couple of seconds then disappears. I'm standing right beside the wireless modem.

last question, does the sunshine animation work with this rom? on mystery and OMJ its really slow, on reeseboy's its fast, but no rays. how is it on this rom?

no sense 2.5 rom has a programs page. The HTC Leo (HD2) phone does not have a programs page. One will be added im sure to roms, but right now the best you can do is get a rom with liek 12 or 16 program blocks under the clock.

This ROM is VERY interesting, to say the least. Weather prog, how do I add cities, countries? from a database? with an editor? can I?

scroll to weather, go to menu/add location. just type the city name and it will find the city/country in the database. select the one you want.

That's what I thought, but when I type the first letter, it kicks me out and goes to the Fox face page, says, HTC sense...?

soft reset and try again. Im not using Fox sense 2.5 right now, Im using NRG's 2.5 rom, so im not sure about that particular bug. soft reset usually fixes those types of things.

NRG is the best I've used so far. I got windows live to work, youtube works, the texting and emailing are good with no lag, weather updates great, best of all, titanium works awesome without any problems (not sure if you use titanium). The only bug is sunshine weather animation is slow, but every 2.5 sense rom I have used has that issue.

If this Fox ROM is working well for you, then stick with it, I have yet to try ti out, but so far NRG is the best with the least number of bugs.

I don't like 6.5.1 or 6.5.3 for various reasons, so I use 6.5 he has all versions of his roms for whatever you choose.

NRG seems good as far as fast, stable.

the best battery life I have ever gotten from a rom is always dareeseboy roms. You might try his 28005 ROM, but it has some issues like Windows Live does not work and youtube I think.

If you don't need sense2.5 but just want a good 6.5 ROM id go with Calk's roms. his are fast, stable, and the battery life is good, and they charge insanely fast because he adds the usb 900mah tweak to his registry, so the phone charges fully in like an hour. The battery life for NRG seems to be OK but not great. With the diamond its hard because the battery that comes with it just isn't that good in the first place.

for sense 2.5 I'd stick with the fox one or use NRG, for all other roms id use calk's roms if you want tf3d or dareeseboy if you want just titanium.

well the sunshine animations work fine for me i havent had a problem and its not slow its just as fast as the other animations, also it looks more like a flare on the right side at the top.

also the windows live syncs fine. but i use wifi to do it since my reception is to low to get evdo speed which causes windows live to hang due to slow connections but im sure after the setup the syncs can be done with the wireless carrier internet.


Also i was curious about NRG rom and its not really manila 2.5 its 2.1 with special features but i didnt see a 6.5.1 rom either maybe im blind lol

the new NRG thread is 2.5 sense UI, maybe he has another 2.1 thread you were looking at.

Most people's sunshine animation is messed up but OMJ's kitchen has a fix I think so you're probably using the patched version. I got windows live working on NRG but no one else's, if it works on yours then awesome, its worth trying for sure, ive heard nothing but good words about your ROM.

NRG is trying to put together a SENSE 2.1 but he hasnt released anything for the diamond. So all of his 2.5 roms are exactly that, Sense 2.5.

So far, after many ROM runs (I won't list them), Fox is the best. Ran Caulkin's Battery Tweaks, everything just fine.

Im busy working on one. I have to test before i put it out, i dont like bugs. plus i need to see if it works what sys is the best for 6.5?

okay the 6.5 21870 worked like a charm im making some fox mods and it will be uploaded shortly

i dont have the newer sys you speak of in my kitchen, and im not much of a fan of the old 6.5 i love my start menu and "x" button on the bottom bar

also i need to find a fix because the sunny animation is slow on the old 6.5 maybe i missed a package.

Also, any way you can get ezinput 2.1 to work with switching keyboards from full to compact qwerty to phone keypad with just switching it on the pop up? dareeseboy is the only one who has mastered this to my knowledge
