Yeah, for some reason, changing the wallpaper makes the difference. I wasn't sure how to restore the stock wallpaper ... without reflashing.

Had the same problem of wallpaper. The only way to get back to the default black, with weather animations, was to delete the contents -- not the key itself -- of the following two registry entries (at least, that's what it took for me):

\HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila\HomeBackgroundPath
\HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila\CachedBackgroundPath

Nice job on this rom, my first time trying it and its very stable every thing works out the box... I like that...

Does anybody have a 4 row menu cab that works with this build... The ones I have and found dont work

**by the way Mystery, rom is running very well. No major issues. Only thing I noticed is it's hard to see certain screens. In settings, black font for me. wondered if anyone else noticed this. pic attached to show you what I'm seeing. Thanks

I really like the new gui as well I use the mobile setting at 200% zoom simply because it is much easier to navigate on the smaller screen and i do not use turbo at all i don't see alot of difference in the speed... Now if I had a screnn like the HD2...

I'm having problems with the weather tab, it thinks I'm in Ashwood. I don't even know where that is. There's an Ashwood in Oregon, but I'm in Washington.

Google Maps also can't use the "my location" function anymore.

Is there something I need to enable to get both these location based things working?
