Manila 2.5 packages are setup alittle differently. It is setup in that fashion specifically to make it easier to update the packages.

I am running 21870 1.4 and my SMS are no longer sending. I can receive but they are not going out. Not sure what is going on but I haven't had this problem with any previous releases of the ROM. Anyone else having this problem? Phone is useless without text lol.

By the way, where can I get 1.2 again?

Another bug...Ringtone keeps defaulting back to "Ring 1" and doesn't ring at all, silent.

The workaround for the MMS in this version works fine. Scroll to your Outlook inbox, and you will be able to display WM SMS/TXT. Arcsoft is cooked in, so you'll be able to view/send your MMS directly from there, until an HTC MMS direct port is finally figured out.

Did you put all your ringtones in My Device>My Documents>My Ringtones? If you store them there, you shouldn't have any ringtone issues with Manila 2.5.

Along with my SMS not sending, my ringtones are silent too in 1.4. Hmmm

SMS not sending = bad flash. MMS/SMS both work flawlessly thus far in 1.4, both through Manila and WM.

See a few posts above for the ringtones workaround.
