A little searching would answer your question.

WM 6.5 is just that, Standard start menu in top left.

WM 6.5.1 is the new finger friendly stuff. Larger bottom bar with start menu in bottom left corner.

I got a bloody brilliant idea. Why not just totally not cook in the Manila client then just use the Outlook client for SMS? :D (Seeing as so many of us are having problems with the new SMS client and MMS/back button, it only seems natural.)

I did that when i first cooked 2.5. It worked fine.

thx, I didnt realize 6.5.1 already had 3.5, but I've disabled Netcf in the sys, so I dunno...

I'm not all that familiar w/ 6.5.1 but I cannot get the HTC Volume control to display, instead it's the stock volume control but the bubble is huge. Is this normal?

Yes unfortunately the HTC volume control does not work with 6.5.1. Gotta use the bubble.

I agree with this. Until the MMS is fixed, I would love to just be able to use the WM SMS client. Trying to fix it is not working so cooking it in seems like the best option. Right now I'm switching between the two and its nasty lol.

This is the Registry Fix I found over at xda, i saved it on my computer so i had it:

i seemed to have fixed my problem.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\YouTube]
"BandWidth"=dword:00000000 changed to 1
"EnableMDP"=dword:00000001 changed to 0

It did work for me on many roms with HTC Youtube APP problems, I cannot remember the URL at XDA, sorry...
